I am so furious with my treatment at this company. Netspend Corporation is full of shit all the way around. They have no business acumen or professionalism. At all costs, steer clear of Netspend Corporation. STAY AWAY FROM "NETSPEND CORPORATION"

Please take this advice! Stay away from "Netspend Corporation" products and services. They are not an upstanding company.

I recently had an overpayment applied to this account. How about Netspend Corporation put a "freeze" on my entire account because "they" felt the amount was too large and a "fraudulent" entry. This occurred on Friday, June 19th. It is now Sunday, June 21st and I am still unable to access my funds.

To make matters worse, none of the customer service representatives speak clear English!!!!!

Now if that doesn't create even more tension, I don't know what else to say. They are very unprofessional and deserve to lose their FDIC backing as well as their ability to do business.

I never knew it was "legal" and "protocol" to completely "freeze" someones funds because you don't think they should have the funds they have!

To me, if there was a question about the funds, they shouldn't have been posted to the account; but I should have been contacted with the questions. I have been unfairly and unjustly treated; as if I'm some simple ass criminal.

So, since Friday I have not been able to access any of my funds.

Stay away from Netspend Corporation all together. Do Not, I repeat Do Not trust these people with your money.

They provide prepaid Visa and MasterCard accounts and don't follow up on their promises of customer service. If they did, I wouldn't be ranting on this post. Run as fast as you can to any other prepaid Visa/MasterCard service provider; but not these idiots.

As soon as I am able to access my account, I will be closing it forever. To think I have been a loyal customer of this company since December 2006 obviously doesn't count for much. These motherfuckers are full of shit!!!

If you don't want an issue like this to arise and you get transferred around to idiots with no grammar skills, look elsewhere for your banking needs.

They have fucked up my weekend and my attitude. If I was in Austin, Texas I'd probably blow the building up. No, I'd probably go postal and murk all those bastards up in "customer bullshit". There were a couple of fools that actually had the nerve to laugh at me. They don't know what they are dealing with, but if I don't get access to my money soon they will find out the hard fucking way. Stay away from Netspend Corporation at all costs everyone. Stay away from Netspend Corporation.

One Monkey Stopped the Show!!!

It only takes one person to upset the flow of an organization!!!!!

Yes, just one.

I recently left my position within a health care organization to pursue other professional prospects. I struggled with the decision; and was really at odds emotionally on my move. I considered all my TRUE friends and their well being with me leaving. I understood the seriousness of my move, just not exactly the magnitude.

I have been surprised, not pleasantly though, at the attitudes of management with my decision.
It appears that they don't care. That of course is their loss. I am blessed and highly favored and my favor is now at a new home.

Best wishes to my ex-employers. May you get it together and get the team morale built back up. To my team and co-workers, I miss you all and pray that GOD continues to bless and keep you in his care.
